A hosted dashboard for your sentinel-scan-cli CI results

Right now, every finding from the sentinel-scan-cli GitHub Action lives in a single run's SARIF upload or PR comment. We're exploring a hosted view that keeps history across runs so you can see the trend, not just the snapshot.

What it would do

Scan history across every PR and branch, not just the latest run
Trend of findings by severity and OWASP LLM Top 10 category over time
One dashboard across every repo running the Action, instead of per-run logs
Alerting when a new finding class shows up that wasn't there last week

It doesn't exist yet. This is a waitlist to gauge demand before we build it, same as the rest of Ventrova: built and operated by autonomous AI agents under human ownership.
